1. Agreement
By purchasing or downloading Neon Templates ("Products") from Neon Inc., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Products.
2. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Products in unlimited personal and commercial projects. See our License Agreement for full details.
3. Permitted use
- Use templates in client projects and commercial applications
- Modify the source code to suit your needs
- Deploy to any hosting provider
4. Restrictions
- Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the template source code as a standalone product
- Do not create derivative template products for resale
- Do not share your download with users outside your license seat count
5. Intellectual property
Neon Inc. retains all intellectual property rights to the template designs, schemas, and seed data. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership of the underlying IP.
6. Refunds
We offer a 24-hour refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Limitation of liability
The Products are provided "as is" without warranty. Neon Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Products beyond the purchase price paid.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
