Neon Templates are licensed under a commercial license that grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to use the purchased templates in your projects.
Single Template license
- Use in unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Modify source code freely
- Deploy to any hosting provider
- Licensed to 1 individual developer
Complete Collection license
- Everything in the Single Template license
- Licensed to up to 5 developers on the same team
- Includes all future templates at no additional cost
Enterprise license
- Everything in the Complete Collection license
- Unlimited developers within your organization
- Custom terms available on request
What you cannot do
- Redistribute or resell template source code as a standalone product or template pack
- Create competing template products using our code as a base
- Share downloads beyond your licensed seat count
- Remove or alter copyright notices in the source files
Open source components
Templates may include open source dependencies (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, etc.) which retain their original licenses. Our license covers only the template code, schemas, and seed data authored by Neon Inc.
