How we use it
- Email: To deliver your purchase, send product updates, and respond to support requests
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe to complete your transaction. We only store transaction IDs
- Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. No personal data is shared with third parties for advertising

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Data retention
Purchase records are retained for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@neon.tech.
