How to request a refund
- Email templates@neon.tech within 24 hours of purchase
- Include your order number or purchase email
- We process refunds within 1 business day
What we would rather do
Before you request a refund, let us help. Most issues are a connection string typo or a missing environment variable. Email us and we will debug it with you -- usually fixed in under 10 minutes.
After 24 hours
Refunds after the 24-hour window are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable people. If something is genuinely wrong, reach out and we will make it right.
Enterprise purchases
Enterprise licenses have custom refund terms outlined in your service agreement. Contact your account manager or email enterprise@neon.tech.
